Your full-time staff works from our office in Yangon, Myanmar and are provided with all the tools they need to complete their work for you. Computers, workspace, Internet connections, software and all other standard or customized work tools are provided to your staff as part of our simple, fixed monthly leasing cost. Setup Process for Staff Leasing

Requirement Analysis

The first step is to analyze your requirements and work out a project brief that provides all the answers to the basic questions about your project.

We need to look at your business processes and identify which ones you are looking to set up offshore. There are always many questions that need answering but they mostly revolve around the following key project variables:

Manpower: How many people do you need? What skills do they require? What hours do they need to work?

Working Environment: What hardware and software will your offshore team need? What do they need in terms of telecommunications and networking infrastructure?

Operations Management: What are the workflow processes? What do you require from us in terms of day to day operations, quality control and overall operations management? Who will be the main contacts on our side and your side and what communication structures do we need to setup?

Proposal and Agreement

Once the project has been well-defined, we will send you our proposal and a draft services agreement.

During the requirement analysis phase, we will have already discussed the service delivery model with you and the details of the staff leasing engagement. We will then send you a proposal that will outline the estimated costs .

We will also send you our standard services agreement which will cover the terms of service of our staff leasing services. Those details will be contained in the project outline which we will draft and sign right before go-live.

Before we move forward to the next step, we will need your approval on the proposal and our services agreement.

Drafting the Job Profile

We will want to get working with you as soon as possible on defining your manpower requirements and drafting the job profiles for each role in your project.

As manpower recruitment is the most time-consuming step in the process, we will start analyzing your manpower requirements immediately by clearly identifying the specific roles within your project. For a web development team, these specific roles could, for instance, be: team leader, senior developer, junior developer, web designer; with possibly multiple people filling each role.

For each role, we will draft a more detailed job profile that will provide the details on the work to be done and the skills and working experience required. We will also add the working hours and a salary range that is consistent with your budget for each role. We will use these job profiles to search for suitable candidates both inside and outside our company.

Man Power Acquisition

We will handle the recruitment of candidates for each of your job profiles.

As outsourcing is a manpower business, we need to be able to generate highly qualified candidates in the shortest possible time frame. We will typically send you the candidate's resume and a brief summary of our findings and opinions. You can then select whom you would like to screen further. You are free to request for any of the following:

Interview: An interview between you and a candidate can be conducted through phone, skype, webcam, or conference call. The format of this interview is completely up to you and people of an officer of our recruitment team will be there to setup and host the interview. Some clients may even want to travel to the Myanmar, so they could do personal interview.

Sample Work: You could ask candidates to send in sample work or their portfolios. This is often done for creative positions.

In general, we will accommodate any screening step you want to add to the process. After all, we want to make 100% sure you have all the information you need to come to the right decision. It is in our own interest to make sure that you have the very best person for each of your profiles so that there is a higher chance of overall project success.

Work Environments

We will work with you on setting up workstations according to your requirements.

The working environment will typically consist of office space, workspaces, and computing and networking hardware and software. However, there are often many things that need to be addressed before an offshore team can start working for a client that is operating thousands of miles away in a different time zone.

During the manpower acquisition phase, you will be coordinating with us, a process for sending work files to the team in the Myanmar, a process for creating the project deliverables, and a process for sending those deliverables back to you. These processes would typically require hardware, software and networking connectivity. This could be as simple as our standard package of a Windows XP PC, 17" LCD screen and Internet access.

Management Framework

Our operations group will work with you on identifying your project management needs, identifying the key performance indicators, and setting up metrics.

During the setup phase, our operations group will discuss project operations with you and work out a plan on how to handle the daily management of your project. Much of the info needed for this will already have been gathered during the requirement analysis phase; but as we near the start of the project, we will need to get all of this crystal clear. The project management plan will typically contain the following:

Key people involved in the project:This list will be identified within all three sides: TitanSource management, the project team, and key people within the client's organization. We will also note down the responsibilities and authorities for each of these key people and their contact channels.

Meeting schedules: A schedule to ensure we have regular meetings with key personnel involved in the project to address any concerns and take appropriate action (e.g. a weekly or monthly conference). In the beginning of a new project, we will usually push for regular meetings in short intervals and, as production becomes more automated, we can change that schedule and make it less intensive.

Signing the Agreement

With the manpower, working environment, and management requirements clearly defined, we can finalize the project outline document.

Throughout the previous steps, we will be drafting and updating a project outline document. This document provides all the details about your project including the resources involved and what is expected of TitanSource. All the pricing details will also be contained in this document. It will have been finalized and ready to be signed before the start of operations.

The signed document will contain both a service agreement and project outline. For succeeding projects, we can just draft and sign a new project outline with the general terms of service remaining the same for the duration of our partnership.

Go Live

With the agreement and project outline properly signed and sealed, and the manpower and working environment resources in place, we can start working towards the go-live of your project.

Our operations group will have been in coordination with you on how to handle the first working day. We will be there to ensure a smooth start of project operations.

Ongoing Operation

Now that the project is up and running, we'll take care of the ongoing operations and make sure that you get the desired results from your offshore team.

The management framework that was discussed and setup will now roll into actual production. Operations management will typically consist of:

Project performance: The operations group is there to pick up performance problems and take action to make sure that client expectations are met.

Operations support: The overall responsibility of making sure that the project team can perform their duties.

HR Performance: Scheduling, attendance, behavior and attitude, adherence to company and project policy. This will be a collaborative effort between our operations group and project staff members.

Setup Process for Project Outsourcing

As project outsourcing could vary greatly in scope and complexity and it will be hard for us to define a fixed process for setting up and executing your project. In general terms, these would be the steps we would run through.

Requirement Analysis

We will analyze your requirement and work with you identifying the deliverables, time line and workflow processes for your project.

Proposal and Agreement

We will provide you with a proposal and draft project services agreement that will outline our terms of service, the detail of your project and the detail of our service delivery.

Project Setup

Once you have signed the project services agreement we will start working on our side on getting all the resources in place needed to execute the project.

Project Go Live

Once project goes live, we will roll into daily operations. Our project manager will be your main point of contact he or she will be the one to report on progress.

Delivery

The agreement documents we assigned will indicate a schedule for when the deliverable should be handed over. We will make sure to stick to this schedule and provide you with the right quality and quantity on the dates and times we promised to you.

Invoicing & Payment

The agreement documents we assigned will also contain a payment schedule, which could come in the form of deposit or progress billing (eg, 30% completion of the project) or monthly invoicing.

Project Termination

Once the project has been completed, we will hand over all the final deliverables and dissolve the project team.

Our offshore staff leasing services enable you to setup your own team in the Myanmar fully supported and managed by TitanSource.

Monthly Fees

Our standard pricing model for offshore staff leasing is based on a fixed fee per full-time employee per month using the following formula:

Cost per month per Full Time Employee = direct manpower costs + shared services fee

Direct Manpower Costs - these are the total costs of the base salary, taxes and benefits for your offshore employee.

Shared Services Fee - this is a fee we charge to provide our shared services consisting of office space, workstation hardware and software, internet connectivity and telecom, operations management, technical support and overhead support (HR, finance, legal, facilities, etc). This fee will naturally depend on your requirements.

Hourly Rates

In cases where clients require less than full-time employment we can use hourly rates to make our employees available. The hourly rates would naturally depend greatly on the skill level and infrastructure requirements of the offshore employee.
